Dave Matthews has purchased a stunning European Country-style mansion in Malibu for a whopping $6.575 million.

The 7,000-square-foot home is in the gated community of Point Dume, and the 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom pad sits on 1.78 acres of land. In addition to a sparkling pool and deeded access to a private section of coastline, the property has an apple orchard and a multi-level terrace in the back yard.

Matthews also owns a bungalow in Seattle, a winery in Charlottesville, Virginia, and 1,000 acres of farmland near Scottsville, Virginia. Of course, he's worth an estimated $250 million, so are we surprised?
