Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky purchased this stunning 6,000-square-foot Malibu home from actor Paul Hogan for $4.8 million back in June, and seeing as they welcomed their daughter India earlier this year, we're guessing they're going to be here for a while!
Hogan purchased the three-story property in July 2012 for $3.8 million, and after an extensive renovation (and some tax troubles), the Aussie star listed it for $5.25 million. The home has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and it sits on a one-acre lot and boasts stunning views. Other features include a gourmet chefs kitchen, vaulted ceilings, top of the line appliances, a private lanai, office spaces, a one bedroom guest house and an additional three-car garage that is a short walk away from the main home.
The only bummer is that the pad does not have a pool, but there are a few flat spaces in the backyard that look like they would work. No word on whether the area has been zoned and approved for such construction, but we're guessing since the couple paid $4.8 mil for the pad, the cost of adding a cement pond wouldn't exactly break the bank.
