Professional basketball player Chris Bosh is leasing his massive Pacific Palisades mansion for $45,000-per-month.
Bosh and his wife bought their 10,755 square-foot palatial pad last year for $9.4 million.
The estate boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a fully-equipped adjoining gym and both indoor and outdoor spas and the master suite opens to a crescent-shaped private terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and ocean.
Bosh's pad also comes with wet bar, billiards room and movie theater with a state-of-the-art projection system.
The tile-roofed Mediterranean mansion was built back in 2001.
