Catherine Zeta-Jones And Michael Douglas List New York Estate For $8.1 Million

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have listed their Bedford, New York estate for $8.1 million. As you may remember, this is where Zeta-Jones stayed when the couple announced their separation last year, but they have since reconciled.

After renting the property for about six months, the couple bought it in 2010 for $5.25 million. The 6,300-square-foot colonial-style home sits on 5.7 acres and has 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, and there are stables on the property as well. According to listing info, the home was recently renovated, and there is a new guesthouse.

Up until their separation, the couple were sharing a penthouse in the historic Kenilworth building on Central Park West, so it seems as though they're living there now.

Outside of the U.S., the couple own estates in Bermuda and Wales and Douglas owns homes in Canada, the Turks and Caicos Islands and an estate on the north-east coast of Mallorca, Spain. Over the years the couple have bought and sold several other homes, including a 5,458 square-foot Pacific Palisades mansion (sold in 2004 for $2.2 million), a small condo in Century City (sold in 2003 for $1.85 million) and a stunning cabin in Snowmass, Colorado (sold in 2004 for $12.2 million).

Part of the 1%er's I would imagine. All the illegals should have a nice home to live in. I say put their money where their mouth is. Put all the illegals in these homes.
