Camille Grammer Wants Kelsey To Stay Out Of Their Family Home

Camille Grammer is taking her real estate woes to court!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared in court today to get an emergency order to keep estranged husband Kelsey Grammer and his new family from moving into the massive Beverly Hills mansion they once shared.

Apparently, the Frasier star wants to move back into the home, even though he owns another one in the same zip code. The mortgage is said to be so high on the pad that the former couple has been trying to sell, but have had no luck finding a buyer as of yet. In fact, they knocked $1 million off the asking price, with the house now listed for $16 million.

The blonde bombshell wants to prevent Kelsey from moving in because she believes it will be more difficult to sell if occupied, and since they were married at the time of purchase, she is entitled to half the profits!

The judge did not grant the emergency order, but rather set a hearing date for next month.

This split just never seems to get less nasty!
