Brooke Mueller Lists Tarzana Mansion For $3.5 Million Just Weeks Before Checking In To Rehab

Just 24 hours after Brooke Mueller checked in to rehab for the 19th time, it's come out that Charlie Sheen's troubled ex-wife is listing her Tarzana estate for $3.55 million.

Mueller bought the home less than a year ago from former Spice Girl Melanie Brown and her husband Stephen Belafonte, and she quietly put the home on the market about a month ago, and two weeks later it was put into escrow with an unknown buyer for an unknown amount, according to RealEstalker. (For the record, Mel B and her hubby bought the pad in September 2009 for $3.159 million)

The gated compound is listed as a 9,200-square-foot property with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and though the Los Angeles County Assessors office notes that the home is 6,737 square feet, that doesn't likely account for the square footage in the detached guest house/games room/movie theater. Other amenities include a gorgeous pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen and dining room, cabanas and flat screens, a fire-pit, Swarovski chandeliers throughout the home, a breakfast nook that opens to family room, a gym and a state-of-the-art security system.

While it's not known where Brooke will live next, she does have a thing for buying, flipping and selling properties on a whim. In May of 2005 Brooke and her mother put $1,525,000 into a home in Nichols Canyon that they sold just two years later for $2,317,000, and in November 2007, Brooke paid $2,575,000 for a Los Feliz pad that she sold in October 2011 for $2,900,000. She may have a substance abuse problem, but she certainly knows how squeeze money out of real estate investments!
