Brian Grazer Selling Malibu Beach House For $18.9 Million

Mega-producer Brian Grazer is ready to unload his gorgeous Malibu beach house for $18.9 million.

The 6,067 square-foot home, located in the much-coveted Colony enclave, boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 bedrooms, open plan living/dining room with window-lined, semi-circular piano niche on the main floor, an eat-in kitchen, media room, top-floor den/office with fireplace and an ocean-side balcony. The lucky buyer will also score an indoor, sky-lit swimming pool and an elevator which provides access to all three floors.

Grazer had first listed the home for $16 million back in 2007. Then two years later following his divorce in 2009, the producer upped the price to $19.5.
