Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, have listed their house in Pacific Palisades for $2.995 million.
The restored home was built in 1925, and the couple purchased it in 2004 for $1.644 million. The 3,394-square-foot pad has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is a two-story living room with a fireplace, beamed ceilings and stained-glass windows.
The master bedroom suite includes a separate tub and shower plus a fireplace, and the home boasts a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area that leads to a formal dining room. There is an outdoor deck with ocean views, and the lush lawn has citrus trees, but there (gasp!) doesn't appear to be a pool. Maybe Brad and Kim are looking to upgrade?
Three-time Grammy-winning country music star and his wife, who frequently appears on the hit show Nashville, also own a Tennessee farm, where Paisley has a recording studio.
