Bob Hope's Former Toluca Lake Home Expected To Hit The Market For The First Time Ever

The former Toluca Lake home of Bob and Dolores Hope is expected to go on the market, and though the listing price hasn't yet been revealed, given the history behind the estate, we're guessing it could reach the 8-figure mark.

The house sits on the corner of Moorpark Street and Ledge Avenue on 1.34 acres of combined lot space, and this is the first time it's ever gone on the market. According to the Tolucan Times, the estate held a garage sale over the weekend, and it's expected to be listed very soon.

The property boasts an English-style main house designed by architect Robert Finkelhor, along with two separate guest houses, a sparkling swimming pool, gardens and private golf course. The Hopes lived there from 1939 until their deaths: Bob at age 100 in 2003, Dolores at 102 last year.
