Rapper and record label exec Birdman (nee Bryan Williams) has purchased a 19,000 square foot Miami mansion for a whopping $14.2 million. Seeing as the pad has 9 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms and looks like a palace, it sounds like he got a pretty good deal!

The home used to belong to record producer Scott Storch, but after filing for bankruptcy and losing the home to foreclosure in 2010, it was snapped up by RockStar energy drink inventor Russel Weiner for just under $7 million. In case you don't know, Birdman is the co-founder of Cash Money Records (home to Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and Drake), and he's worth an estimated $125 million.

70 Palm Avenue is located on the exclusive Palm Island, and it boasts a below-ground pool, elevator, a private dock with ocean access, and a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Check out more photos in the gallery below!
