The piano man just downsized his real estate portfolio!
Billy Joel just sold his waterfront Miami mansion for a whopping $14 million. The buyer is fashion mogul and billionaire Diego Della Valle. The Grammy winner first listed the home on the market for $14.75 million in May of last year, after originally purchasing the pad for $13.5 million back in 2006.
The 8,881 square-foot property is located on La Gorce Island, where celeb neighbors include Lil' Wayne and Cher. The abode boasts 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, in addition to stunning views and waterfront access to the Biscayne Bay.
The place comes with arched doorways, high ceilings, chandelliers, lots of windows and lighting, and custom marble floors.
The "Uptown" girl singer was said to have used the home as a winter vacation spot, so we doubt he's homeless after inking this deal!
