Billie Joe Armstrong Lists Newport Beach Cottage For $1.895 Million

It's not Green day, it's moving day!

Rocker Bille Joe Armstrong and his wife Adrienne have placed their tiny seaside cottage in Newport Beach on the market for $1.895 million. The couple purchased the pad back in 2007 for $1.6 million and tore the whole place down to rebuild and renovate. We guess that explains the current price tag!

The features of the house are very "beachy," from the bamboo wood floors to the wood-burning fireplaces to the rattan ceiling fans. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sitting on just 924 square-feet, the abode also features a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, Shaker-style cabinetry, and an expansive back yard.

The Green Day front man and his missus own a permanent residence in the Bay Area, so we have a feeling they will head North until they find another property that suits their tastes!
