We guess fewer people than we thought want to live like royalty!

Bel Air's priciest estate, nicknamed the Chateau d'Or, has failed to attract buyers at the $40 million asking price, so it has now been reduced to $25 million. It has been up for sale since February 2010.

The 26,000 square-feet California mega mansion boasts 15 bedrooms, 16.5 bathrooms, a 6 bedroom guest house, and a professional fitness center. The grounds are even more impressive! There are lush gardens, koi ponds, fountains, verandas, grottos, a swimming pool, spa, and tennis courts.

This over-the-top palace better find a buyer that likes opulence!
