Barry Manilow Lists Malibu Estate For $6.9 Million

Barry Manilow has listed his Malibu contemporary estate for $6.9 million, after initially listing it for $10.9 million in 2009. News of the property hitting the market broke this week, while the singer is in New York making up three canceled shows caused by health issues earlier this year.

The oceanfront pad boasts a main house with four bedrooms and walls of glass overlooking the Pacific Ocean, along with a guesthouse with a private courtyard. The house has incredibly high fences that add extra privacy and security to its location on Malibu Road.
