Anne Hathaway moved into a lux apartment at New York City's Avalon Bowery following her split from con man Raffaello Follieri in 2009, and though she now lives with hubby Adam Shulman in their trendy Park Slope neighborhood, her former pad has hit the rental market for a whopping $6,915 per month.
The 1,104-square-foot apartment is located on the 8th floor, and it boasts 10-foot ceilings, stunning views, a washer/dryer, a gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, spacious walk-in closets and private terraces and balconies. Other amenities include garage parking, a landscaped courtyard, a sundeck with gas barbecue grill, views of both downtown and uptown Manhattan, a resident lounge, amazing on-site retail shops and a state of the art fitness center.
