They found a buyer!

The late Anna Nicole Smith's Hollywood Hills home just sold for $1.75 million, with all the proceeds going to Smith's surviving daughter Dannielynn Birkhead.

The little girl and her biological father had been living in the Mediterranean-style house following Smith's death, but lawyer Howard K. Stern got the court's permission to transfer the home into his name so that he could list it for sale and give the money to the six-year-old.

The adode boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a swimming pool, stunning panoramic views, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a gym and a weight room.

The coolest part?

A pop art piece of the deceased Playboy model that hangs in the entryway.
