Anjelica Huston has reportedly sold her 9,000 square-foot Venice house (aka "The Fortress") to Venice Social Club Holdings for $12 million, who plan on making "a community gathering space that honors Venice's unique legacy."

Huston will sit on the club's advisory board, and though guests will have to pay $2,000 a year to join, they'll have access to "a farm-to-table restaurant, gallery, screening room and cultural programing," along with "gourmet bathing activities" that include "seltzer-water tastings." The pad features a gorgeous outdoor area, a pool, a gym, a dance studio and a grand total of 15 parking spaces. The home was designed in 1994 by Huston's late husband, sculptor Robert Graham, and it was first put on the market in May 2010 for $18 million.
