Although the Victoria's Secret beauty dropped $2.1 million on the 3,336 square-foot estate, the brunette stunner is already working on redesigning the fixer-upper.

While running errands in LA, Ambrosio held on tight to Diane Keaton's design book "California Romantica Spanish Colonial and Mission-Style Houses."

Great to see the supermodel drawing design inspiration from an actress who has a true aficionado and collector or traditional California architectural real estate.

In the description for Alessandra's new digs, it says the estate "needs TLC."
