Adrienne Maloof's Mega Mansion Sells In Just One Month

Adrienne Maloof and estranged husband Paul Nassif unloaded their massive Beverly Hills mansion for $26 million in just one month!

The property hit the market in mid-September and already has a buyer, according to real estate brokerage The Agency. The home sale was handled by Mauricio Umansky, who recently explained his expert strategy.

"A sale like this is exactly what The Agency excels at. There are very few properties on the market like this one, as well as a limited numbers of buyers capable of purchasing a home like this, and we pride ourselves at being able to connect the two," he explained.

The French chateau-style home boasts eight bedrooms and eleven baths, and sits on gorgeous grounds with an Olympic sized pool.
