Say bye bye to your bachelor pad!
Adam Levine just sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.5 million to an undisclosed buyer. He originally purchased it back in November 2005 for $3.1 million.
The abode, located above L.A.'s Bronson Canyon, was decorated by Mark Haddawy and featured in an Architectural Digest spread, and we have to say it is pretty breathtaking!
The 2,045 square-foot property boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool on the grounds, in addition to an outdoor fireplace. That sounds like the perfect environment to seduce supermodels, which we all know he's good at!
He won't be homeless, though!
The Maroon 5 front man dropped $4.3 million on a place in a gated community in Benedict Canyon last October.
